Photo Frame: After checkout, we’ll contact you to collect your photo and message and confirm once it’s ready for printing.

QR Video Message: Share a short video via Google Drive, and we’ll convert it into a scannable QR code.

Any unused/unopened item can be returned to us FREE of charge within 14 days of the delivery date. Once an item has been returned to the warehouse, it will be inspected for damage. Only after an item has gone through our quality assurance process will a refund be initiated.
