The Pinca.ae website and any associated platforms (collectively the “Website”) are owned and operated by Pinca Trading LLC trading as Pinca and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries (together “we”, “us” or “Pinca”) in the United Arab Emirates. Pinca Trading LLC is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with commercial licence number 675148 and its registered office at Aladdin Road, Street 24, Warehouse #14, Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2, Dubai, U.A.E.

We may change these Terms at any time, for any reason, by posting a new version on our Website. When you place an order through our website, you are deemed to have consented to the latest version of the website terms. In case of legal changes after your order placement but before fulfilment, applicable law changes will apply.

Eligibility
Users must meet the minimum age required by law in their jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract. The website is not directed at children under the age defined by law in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect information from such children. The website is for personal or gift use only; commercial usage is not permitted. We reserve the right to decline orders where we suspect commercial usage.

Items are not reserved until payment is received. Order confirmation occurs only when dispatch notification is sent.

Payment
Payment is collected at the time of placing the order unless cash/card on delivery is selected. Payment details are provided directly to our payment processor via a secured connection. Prices are displayed in AED and exclude additional fees such as delivery charges, taxes, or duties, which will be displayed at checkout. Errors in pricing may result in cancellation or adjustment of your order with notification to you.

Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional codes are valid according to their terms, can only be used once, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions. They do not cover delivery, taxes, or duties unless specified.

Cancellation and Order Changes
Order changes and cancellations can only be processed before dispatch. Once an order is dispatched, please follow our returns process.

Product Liability
Full liability for product quality rests with the manufacturer. Pinca.ae will be the primary contact for product-related issues, including defects, safety concerns, or dissatisfaction, and will coordinate resolution with the manufacturer or supplier. Customers must review product labels, warnings, and instructions. Pinca.ae is not liable for misuse, non-compliance with instructions, or undisclosed allergies or sensitivities. Statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law are not affected.

Title to Goods
Title passes to the customer on the later of (i) (i) full payment for the items or (ii) delivery to the address specified. Risk passes on delivery.

Content & Intellectual Property Rights
All graphics, images, sounds, videos, text, software, and other content (“Content”) on the Website are protected by national and international intellectual property laws. Use of the website does not grant any intellectual property rights. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

Third-Party Sites
The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for content, accuracy, privacy practices, or damage from third-party sites. Links do not imply endorsement.

Illegality
If any provision is held illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the UAE and the laws of Dubai. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Pinca.ae regarding use of the Website and purchases, superseding all prior communications. Headings are for convenience only and not for interpretation.
