Pinca Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pinca. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on Pinca.ae.

1. Return Window
We offer a 14-day return period. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must include original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, personal care, or fragrance products
  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items (unless defective)
  • Perishable goods, including food, flowers, or plants
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale unless defective)

If any of these items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

4. How to Start a Return

A return request must be approved before sending any items back.

5. Return Shipping Address
After your return request is approved, items must be shipped to:

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please submit a return request. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the preferred item.

8. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank and card processing times may vary.
