Pinca Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pinca. This policy explains shipping and delivery for all orders placed on Pinca.ae. We aim to provide clear, transparent, and reliable delivery information for all customers in the UAE.

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the UAE only.

2. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery for most products: within 48 hours.
  • Next-day or same-day delivery is available only for select products. These options will appear automatically at checkout only if the items in your cart qualify.
  • If an express delivery option does not appear at checkout, that product is not eligible for next-day or same-day delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

Standard 48-hour Delivery

  • Orders 150 AED and above: Free
  • Orders below 150 AED: 20 AED

Next-Day Delivery (eligible products only): 25 AED
Same-Day Delivery (eligible products only): 30 AED

Important: Even if your order totals more than 150 AED, next-day or same-day delivery will always incur the applicable delivery fee.

4. Processing Schedule

Orders are processed and dispatched daily, except on:

  • UAE public holidays
  • Sundays

Delivery times may also depend on courier availability and access to your location.

5. Delivery Scheduling

  • After your order ships, you will receive a notification.
  • The courier will contact you to schedule a delivery time.
  • A complete address and correct contact details are required.
  • Identification may be requested at the time of delivery.

6. Remote or Limited-Service Areas

  • If your address is in a courier “non-service” or restricted area, we may arrange for collection from a nearby pickup point.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers will attempt delivery two times.
  • If both attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
  • To reschedule delivery, a new booking and additional delivery charges may apply.

8. Changing Delivery Details

  • Delivery details can be updated only before the order has been dispatched.
  • Once an order has shipped, the address or delivery method cannot be changed.
  • Address changes to another country are not possible.
